Lead Before You Feel Ready
What We Do Here
I help you understand what’s shaping how you think, respond, and make decisions day-to-day. We focus on both your current challenges and long-term goals, looking at what’s working, what isn’t, and what may be getting in the way.
This is a structured, coach-led process and although I guide how we work together, our focus is determined by what’s most practical and relevant to your work. From there, we identify practical changes that make sense for you and choose approaches you can apply immediately.
Over time, you’ll notice your work feels less overwhelming, your leadership becomes more effective, and your success more consistent and sustainable.

Meet Your Coach
My work is grounded in ontological coaching and educational psychology.
Ontological coaching focuses on how you think, interpret situations, and respond in real time. Educational psychology focuses on how people learn, build new patterns, and create lasting change.
In our work, I pay close attention to how you make sense of your experiences and how that shapes your decisions and actions. We use that understanding to identify where change will have the most impact.
Since 2023, I’ve coached more than 30 professionals across a range of roles and experience levels. That experience allows me to quickly identify patterns, ask focused questions, and keep our work centered on what will move you forward.
I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and am currently pursuing my ACC credential in ontological coaching through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I also engage in ongoing coaching and personal development work myself, which keeps my perspective grounded and my approach practical.
